Although we faced some inconveniences, such as noisy corridors and outdated facilities, the nearby attractions like iFLY and the Nepean River added charm. The outdoor pool and BBQ facilities were good for family bonding, making our experience nice despite the flaws.

the stay here was really really nice for a nice guest experience. the breakfast was lovely and great with plenty of fab options. it was in a particularly good location close to a stadium and bistros.

I've had a fairly nice stay for $ 280 for the night. The hotel was fairly clean with great value breakfast selections. Very central location was a plus. It was located in a good area near to Close to shops and the trainstation and Westfield shopping centre and trains.

Facilities were comfortable, even so Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was terrific and enjoyable with a quiet mountain view.

I really appreciated the good-sized room, modern and very clean. The location was great for attending events at the adjoining club, and the staff were friendly throughout our visit.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The staff was genuinely welcoming; one barista even surprised me with a complimentary coffee after a long day. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the plush pillows that made my nights more comfortable. Being just a minute's walk to the Panthers club made everything so convenient!

The air conditioning in my room kept turning off, which was a bit annoying.

I couldn't believe my luck when I walked into the room-a nasty smell hit me right away. Turns out, the toilet drain was the culprit, and the slimy, mold-covered shower floor didn't help. Definitely not worth the price.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was in a great location, just a stone's throw from nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly comfortable. I really enjoyed the friendly staff-they were super helpful and made my stay more pleasant. Plus, having the club just next door was convenient for grabbing meals and enjoying some festive fun.

I wasn't impressed with the dinner situation. Having to walk outside in the rain to get to the dining area was a big hassle. Plus, the breakfast selection was pretty limited—definitely not the holiday feast I was hoping for! And don’t get me started on the check-in; I won't be using that again!

I loved having Chromecast to stream my favorite apps, which added to the overall experience. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere made it ideal for unwinding after a busy day.

I did find the soundproofing inadequate.

I enjoyed the comfortable room, but the air conditioner barely worked.

I always return because the staff helped me get back my forgotten jewellery during my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and a lovely outdoor pool. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The location of mercure was fantastic! We didn't need to drive anywhere for food and drinks. The staff were super friendly and our room with two double beds wassuper clean and cozy. It was great having ample free parking available too.
